Poor Service Telkom
Our business ISDN boxes has been out of order for 2 months and all we want is a technician to come into our office to fix them as the lines are working but not the boxes, and all telkom keeps doing is clearing the fault without even coming to see the boxes. I'm so ****ed off as I have to call them everyday to check when are they coming and they keep clearing the fault and i have now reported the fault 3 times in 2 months
