Poor Service - Technical support

<p>Telkom came to install a business 2mb adsl line with a phone line (voice). 1st time they came they installed it incorrectly as when I made a phone call the internet would cut. They came back to "fix" it and told me it was because the two telephone cords were swopped (blaming me when they installed it). they then left, an hour later the same problem occured so I called back to log a fault the thursday. by the next tuesday still no one had come. today is friday and I am yet to see a Telkom person walk through the front door! Today the internet dropped over 5 times so I called to log a fault. When I asked what the problem was I was told it is not synchronizing on their side. I mean come on I depend on internet for my job!! we will see if someone rocks up next week or if I need to just cancel the line and get my own I.T Services Management Company!</p>
