Poor Service Supp****

I have had endless problems with Telkom. I have complained to get nowhere in terms of service. I have recently moved to JHB and had my line moved only to have cables ****** in our area and to wait about two weeks to get a technician to come and sort out the problem, after numerous calls to the Call Centre and wastage of my time waiting to speak to someone. Then to have intermittent internet only to be told that my internet is fixed but then it was not. Called the Call Centre only to be told that a technician is going to come and see it, then to get an sms saying that the problem is fixed when it is in fact not. Also when I got hold of the technician assigned as he comes to view the problem on a weekend when I was not available and to be utterly rude on the phone. This is utterly ridiculous, I still have no internet still and have still not yet had a technician look at my fault. MY *** which states fixed but is not!!!!
