Poor service - still haven't received my credit refund

I've closed my telkom account in nomvember 2018, and I am in credit. Telkom owes me the amount of R1072,19 its been such a mission to get hold of telkom accounts and when they contact me its another excuse. Telkom you are sitting with my money as I'm in credit. Please pay back the amount.
