Poor service, still.

<p>Telkom Telkom Telkom... The frustration doesn't end. they get a consultant to call me about my recent Hello Peter complaint, only for him to repeat what I complained about then then when I want a resolve he tells me "I don't know ma'am who deals with that" Really??? Then they send an sms saying "Your case no ********** 2 @ Telkom Mobile is resolved.Who are you gonna call!" Seriously???</p> <p> </p> <p>no Telkom. That is not a resolved case. For as long as I spend money on your service and as long as I'm stuck with your contract then I will make it known to other consumers not to spend money on poor service. </p>
