Poor service, stay clear!

Poor service from inception, I had wifi, they called to sell me fibre, I bought into it but they didnt cancel my wifi account like they said they would. I've been billed on my wifi even after the fibre was initiated (I.E Paying for something I dont). I've been fighting with many cases numbers, visits to their store and still they keep sending me from pillar to post instead of understanding my problem and speaking internally to resolve. I wish some1 senior could get involved after this many months to simply fix. Its not rock science.
