Poor service / Staff have no knowledge on how to load contracts

I have been to Telkom express store at the pavilion and it seems like the sales consultant are not trained well enough nor are able to assist with queries .I am a business customer with a long standing business relationship with Telkom . Never once have my debit orders kicked back or I was unable to pay any accounts . About a month back a needed to add a sim contract to my company profile (+/-135 rand) to date I have not succeeded . Also about 2 months back I requested to port my number . Very fast I was given a new land line which I been paying for since 2 months .The consultant have advised automatically the porting will be done and the new number will be the ported number .

It seems like your store is not equipped to deal with any issue and sadly I might think about moving all my business away from Telkom now .People were right don't ever join Telkom .
