Poor service received from telkom consultant

Good day So i took two phone on contract with Telkom amd it has been two.manje i have not received the entire benefita as promised by the consultant He even gave false information regarding the the phones Tried getting him to assist but kept on saying he will until today nothing was done

I have even emailed telkom but i didnt get any assistance
