Poor service provider

Telkom is really becoming a poor service provider, I mean when it first came st 8ta we never had network issues, but NOW we have network problems consistently for no reason, nowadays ether its raining or there's no electricity, Telkom network is poor on everyday basis now. I mean I don't know whether it's the area I live in (Orange Farm) or th e service provider is just failing its customers. This is becoming unacceptable. WHAT'S THE POINT OF BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO POOR SERVICE...
