Poor service, poor quality devices

Telkom is a pathetic network. I have multiple contracts with them and will never again stick with them until my contracts are over. 2 weeks ago an idiot called me to sell me a router with data on a 24month contract. Ever since I've received this router, it doesn't work most of the time. I have been to the store in Musgrave Durban where I got no help wat so ever but was told to take to a bigger store. So now I've been to a "Bigger store" still not getting helped instead I was told to pay a cancelation fee for the contract. How pathetic is this... To be running around from store to store.... Absolutely sick.
