Poor service , Poor network

I have been having network issues with telkom especially at my place of work , I have recently switched all office cellphones and staff cellphones to telkom and now the signal is terrible , yet our phones display full 3G signal with terrible download speeds and horrible network signal , after lodging a complaint with reference number ********** 6 I was told telkom would get back to me within 48 hours , we are now approaching 2 weeks and still nobody has bothered to pitch at my offices to see what’s the problem !
