Poor service, paying for the product that was not received

I made a application online for a Macbook that comes with the router, they deliver the router only and I sent it back, now Im paying for something I didn't receive Ive been calling sending email no one is assisting. Ive been to the branch in Menlyn Pretoria they log a call Im still waiting.
