Poor service pathetic workmanship

I am fed up with Telkom. They lie straight to my husband face. We are being told by them that they can not help us seeing as the area we are in does not have telkom lines. We literally just moved down the street everyone around us have line. There was a line in the house that the previous owner just cut from the house. The line is still connected to the pol with thr black box. In the end we went and spoke to one of the technicians that told us they are busy lying to us they will help us we just need a ref number that ends with a 39. We have phoned again and they told us they don't know what we are talking about and that they will look into the matter. This has been know from the 5 of October 2017 it is know 11 January 2018. We had to pay for a line that we can't even use.

Fix you problems or give me a number of someone that I can phone that knows what they are doing and won't just lie to me. ?????
