poor service outlets

i am a customer of telkom , living in port shepstone kzn . it is very difficult for myself and i'm sure other customers on the lower south coast to get assistance from telkom as there is no store on the lower south coast. even to phone telkom it is a long waiting period. the lower south coast is a huge area stretching from scottburgh to port edward and in land towards harding. <br> <br> it becomes a problem when a person has queries regarding telkom accounts or cellphone upgrades.<br> <br> our nearest telkom store is galleria mall, amanzintoti which is almost an hour away.<br> <br> it would be greatly appreciated if telkom could look at re-opening a branch on the lower south coast to service their loyal customers<br> <br> <br> kind regards<br> <br> mrs p naidoo
