Poor service, or rather, NO SERVICE!

I put Telkom on Hello Peter on the 28th of May. They eventually responded on the 7th of June, saying that the matter has been escalated, and a response will follow. I just wonder how long this is going to take now!! I really cannot believe the poor service from Telkom!!
