Poor service, or rather, NO SERVICE!

I have been struggling the whole day to get some help from Telkom to cancel my contract. They keep saying that I should speak to a different department. Or they send me an email address that I need to use for cancellations. Then this email does not exist! I went to the Westgate branch, and they said that they do not do cancellations in store anymore. This is really frustrating!!!
