Poor Service - or just Telkom does not care at all.!

Telkom Brooklyn Express services is POOR. App**** for a additional account on 27 Dec and still waiting for the so called 3-4 working days approvals. The new accounts number porting is supposed to be completed in a couple of hours, 48 hours later n oresponce. I you call the branch the number is normally just ringing. REALLY TELKOM
