Poor service Open serve & Telkom

<p>Open serve contractors layed fibre in my complex. While doing so they cut all the Telkom copper cables. In a conversation with an open serve agent i was told that due to the fiber being installed the copper had to be removed. After numerous emails and calls there was no interest in having my service resumed. Telkom uses contractors for all aspects of a copper installation. Contractors to trench, technical contractors. The excuse is the one cannot be on site without the other. Nothing gets done at the end of the day. On a Friday afternoon no one answers their phones. I have been without service since 26 May 2017. Telokm just does not give a damn.</p> <p> </p>
