Poor Service on TV voucher deal

I Bought a Telkom Router + TV deal at Telkom Cradlestone. After I received the voucher for the TV I was told to go to a Samsung Store. At the Samsung the guys were not aware and explained to me it is a Telkom deal, not linked to Samsung. I went to three Telkom stores and none of them could help me. Not a consultant not a manager. Eventually I got help at the Samsung store who opened the voucher and helped me do the redemption. Telkom SERVICE is absolutely PATHETIC.
