Poor service on Telkom insurance

Poor service at Telkom for a claim on policy number *** Cellphone number *** Ouma Makaringe *** It's being three weeks since a claim was submitted for a lost phone, nothing was done by Telkom even now. It's difficult to live without a cellphone. Telkom enjoys deducting premiums but comes day for claim they dissappear😭😭
