Poor service on Ip phone by Telkom

I am paying for telkom IP phone for 9 months but most of the time it is not working I have called telkom support on at least 20 occasions but nobody seems to be able to help me most staff have no clue how Ip phone works so they forward details to specialist who either know nothing or never respond.I will not Send
