Poor service no sim cards with catalog deals

i received such bad service at the Oakdene the glen Telkom branch i went there over the weekend last week and wait in long Que to be told they don't have stock of sim cards and they wont get more on this but it has been advertised in catalog daily and the deal is sold like this without the sim which beg the question don't all deals need to come with a sim card? as i thought this was a standard not considering the deal came with data inclusive so what happens to this? no answer was mentioned how can your take on deal without this, the deal in question was referring to the mifi route once off which the said they have ready in stock the routers but no sim cards how am i as customer going to use this without a sim card!!

just after i spoke to a rep another staff member came out with sim card capturing a deal i ask to speak to the manager where the consultant at the time said the manager is not available and ask for the managers details where i was unsuccessful and not given.

how can there be no supervision on site this another reason not to visit this store i don't know if its all stores but this one i have never had such a bad experience terrible!!

how can service provide as listed in the public not have sim card when your business is differed or directed with all things listing back to sim cards!!

i would like a urgent call back on this and know where this can be sorted out immediately!
