Poor Service - No E-Mails Delivered

I have had a Telkom E-Mail Address for many years. For the last two months for some obscure reason any E-Mails sent to me on a Sunday or Monday gets blocked and not delivered to me. It will then only be on Tuesdays that the new E-Mails slowly gets delivered.
