Poor service - No delivery, No cancellation

Telkom customer service is pathetic.

Online order still not delivered more than a week later. Money got deducted for something not received. After deciding to cancel, a person is being messed around, being told an email will be sent to the people dealing with these things but you're not allowed to be cc'd in the email. So you don't have proof that it was sent the next time you call for the same thing.

Pathetic!!
