Poor service & Never have stock

For the past 2 years I have been in and out of various Telkom stores and I have even app**** online for the LTE Router Deals but either you never have stock in stores or NO Consultant ever phones me. To Date,I have never had a Consultant phone me regarding any deals that I have app**** for ONLINE.... The beginning of APRIL 2016,I app**** for the APRIL DEAL which was the HUAWEI B315 Router(15Gb Data) & HUAIWEI Medipad 20gb Data for R399pm.. I app**** online and never ever got any response.I completed the entire application When I complained a few days later that no one contacted me,A Consultant said TELKOM had no stock and was still awaiting stock. How can TELKOM advertise "SPECIAL DEALS"of The Month and never have stock I can understand if they sold out but they never had....I can also understand if this was the first time but this has happened many times now. TELKOM is falsely using the Promotion to try and attract clients but then try and sell them other DEALS.....(more expensive) I am just furious as TELKOM is wasting my time and I am assured they are wasting many SA's time on advertising FALSELY.....
