Poor service, naive, *******, monsters

Sales manager named gloria calked me from telkom and sold me a new device on the 20th of April 2020. I asked her how are they going to deliver my device she said they are going to courier it to my residencial place. They deduced the money from my account on the 30th of april. On the 6th May they delivered the sim only and not the device. I found it strange so o called telkom to ask why they only delivered the sim only. They said they have escalated the matter to the relevant department till today i have not gotten any response. What am i suppose to do with sim card cos if i wanted a sim card i could have bought it. So where am i suppose to use the sim card? I have paid for the device not the sim only. All they care about is taking people's money. I wil advise people to wait after the lockdown and go purchase whatever they need from yhe stores. This whole courier thing is not working. Now i have paid for nothing im sitting here without a device that i paid for.
