Poor service levels from Telkom

<p>I have logged a call some three week ago with regards to my ADSL and Telkom line , these issues have still not been resolved,</p> <p>I have made numerous calls to the Technical department following up , but have been unsuccessfull.</p> <p>Everytime I called I have been promised that my query will be escalated but unfortunately nothing has been done.</p> <p>To be honest , I am at a stage where I will now cancel my line due to the pathetic and unproffessional service from Telkom,</p> <p>On the same breath , personally I will not recommend Telkom to anyone.</p> <p> </p>
