Poor Service levels and `non `function support for business.

I have been trying to get a refund from Telkom for my account No ***. since 6bJanuary 2020. Have been calling and sending email to several agents: Juanita Piet, Sabelo Michael Peters, Lubabalo, Xolelwa and Palesa Portia Nkosi. AND MADE CALLS THAT HAVE BEEN DROPPED AFTER HOLDING. went to ask foe assistance in several telkom stores they would call for me and the lines will be dropped.. they do not have an escalating system. and no help no solution.
