Poor Service Just don't care!

<p>I have requested a cancellation of my land line and adsl. I recevied a call from an agent saying the cancellation fee is over R4000. I then told the agent not to cancell the contract as i will not be able to pay the cancellation fee. My phone has now not been working for over a month and i have contacted many many times and no one gets back to me or want to help me. Best of all i am still being billed.Hoping this review as my last resort will be successful how pathetic that it had to come to this. A good paying customer straight out ignored.<br /><br /></p>
