Poor service is under statement, ********** phone insurance

My name is Mana Mtwa, submitted my claim in April even today not feedback, let alone me calling every day and no one answers the phone. its not the first for me experiencing this ****. Let me advice guys, telkom has good phone deals but your will never get excellent service as a customer, its good as useless. when your contracts expire guys, please don't make a mistake of renewing your contract, look for another service provider, you will be subjected to this poor service for another 24 months, even complaints department doesn't respond.
