Poor service, -infrastructure, not getting what u pay 4

<p>Very disappointed in their poor product/service. Couple of months ago realized my phone is not working, but internet wi-fi is. In the mean time they promoted unlimited data at 4Mb/s package. Signed up all worked for while, BUT then decided to report phone not working. My biggest mistake ever, now nothing is working. I have since learned they are unable to provide both due to cable shortages??? Telkom charge line fees, BUT phone not working, internet wi-fi not working??? They sell product/service they can not provide??? Wonder if they ever will react to this post on hellopeter.com</p>
