Poor service in resolving ********** cases

If I could give zero stars I would. Since January someone has **********ly opened up a contract on my profile and I've provided telkom with all the details, opened a ***** case however they did not assign anyone to this case.bive been waiting 1.5 months to have this matter resolved. Everytime they claim that there are documents missing. I wish I could cancel this line. No one wants to go back to the call log where this person initiated the contract. I will not recommend telkom to anyone.
