Poor service, in consisted of debit orders!!!!!!!

Telkom don't debit your account they said the account was handed to collections, yet from June , July , August the debit order run normally, September no debits Your account is so called in collections but nobody phones to follow up nothing ...In July I was even offered a new contract. My service was disconnected if you phone nobody can assist you properly. I'm cancelling my data contract .
