Poor service!! i want my money back please!!

I'm soo unpleased with the quality, tone, and lack of efficiency that Telkom-Mobile has granted me. I ordered a Huawei P40 Lite. I was informed i would get an SMS if the order has been approved so that make sure the first debit order is available for them on the account ( since it was midmonth). 1 NO SMS came, the provider deducted an empty account!!. 2. I called again and was told the order was approved, I availed the funds, they took the money.. I waited for an SMS again confirmig hen delivery will be done. SMS NEVER CAME AGAIN. Again I called I was told they are out stock on the phone and they will have stock on the coming Friday, I said OK COOL.. Friday came.. no delivery or SMS. I called again ****ed off and was told it was scheduled to be delivered on a Tuesday ( as I was due to travel to the Eastern Cape on Tuesday) ..Phone never came. same day i canceled the order. As much as I needed the phone for work, i was soo disgusted with the lack of solid and consistent information from the different agents. its been more than 7days since I canceled but monies have not been returned to my account, The inconvenience caused was never accounted for.
