Poor service, I can't wait to leave you

My account was suspended.. I paid the outstanding balance and they debited my account of the Same amount when I asked for a refund of they told me the money is appearing on their system but I should have send them my 3months bank statement and the refund will take 21days but they couldn't wait to debit my account even after I've paid
