Poor service - I am disgusted

I have been receiving calls from Blake attorneys regarding a TELKOM account, after sending all proof of payment and overpaying this account & confirmation that this account was closed, they still call me for payments, after it has been paid in FULL!! Telkom handed over my account almost a year after closing it

I will be going to social media as this is unacceptable. Every day I am receiving calls for non-payment.
