POOR SERVICE- HORRIBLE

I have been calling Telkom every day, just to get help. They refuse to help me. I must pay for a service that i do not get. Managers is in a meeting every time I call. They always have an excuse for not wanting to speak to me. Agents just tell me sorry sir i can only email IT desk. 10 plus emails have been send already.
