Poor service, full of empty promises

Telkom employees like Pinky in Durban branch will hang off the phone when u call for assistance. Lerato Boleo team manager in gauteng branch she’s such a ****. She promised to give me a call on the 22/05/2019 before she knocks off and she didn’t, apparently today she was off Saturday. All the Telkom consultant will never help you with anything if u experience problem with them. The only thing they is to make u speak with different consultants so that you end up losing track. Bad experience I’ve ever received and I can say Telkom is the worst service provider period! It will be by mighty if I still use Telkom network ????????♂️????????
