Poor service from upgrade department

I recently upgraded my line and was advised to take the p40lite. I was advised that I will be able to load any app on it by using phone clone. I received the phone and used the phone clone on my samsung S8. The apps I need to use requires the google play services. I am a fibre router technician and require google maps for tracking purposes and require certain Microsoft apps installd on my phone do my work. I cannot use this phone and want is returned. I also bought a phone case and a screen protector and will loose my money on these items. Please take back your phone and cancel the upgrade that was done.
