Poor service from the Telkom technician.

Technician arrived at 10:00 was too lazy to do a proper job said he needed to put new cables in my roof & luckily we had painters here & so he asked if they would lay the wires for him in the roof when they had their own work to do they said ok . He left at 10:10&said he'd be back at 10:20 , he arrived at 11:10 threw the cable at me & said he's coming now he arrived after 14:00 & had the audacity to ask me if the cable had been done yet. When I rep**** no you never asked me to you just threw the cable at me and left he said ok & then asked my guys to do it for him while he had tea & biscuits in his Nissan double cab . I've never seen such behavior before from such a reputable so called company. I think in the near future I'm going to take my business elsewhere.
