Poor Service from Telkommobile

I need to speak to someone in the Collections department, however when contacting the call center to request details, no one can assist you. I've even had a web chat with an agent with no luck. I want pay my bill, but it seems that they dont want my money. Its a telkommobile contract thats in arrears, i want to make arrangements. If it is with the attorneys, can you please then let me know, in order for me to do what i need to do. Its very frustrating when you call and none of the agents know what to do.
