Poor Service From TELKOM! USELESS

What poor service!! I recently relocated and had to install my line at a new residence. As if this wasn't a nightmare enough, now I'm waiting for AGES for my order from Axxes, simply to be completed by Telkom. They just have to convert the Voice line to an Adsl line. But they can't even do that. After more than a R1000s airtime on useless call centers. I still haven't received any assistance!! Pathetic!! Think twice before joining Telkom
