Poor Service from Telkom, Telkom is a ****

Telkom is a **** last month there was no network and couldn't use my data the entire month yet they deduct. Network came back two days ago after loading data for the new month I woke up this morning with No Service. This is irritating since we paying for their services but they are *****ing from us as they don't deliver.
