Poor service from Telkom shop in Menlyn park shopping Centre

Unfriendly and unhelpful at the Telkom shop in Menlyn park shopping Centre. On Saturday there was no one who could test a potentially faulty router, therefore we were forced to purchase a new one. Once we arrived at home, we connected the old router, just to try again and found it was working again. Monday thereafter, I tried to return the brand new router, which is unopened in the box, for a refund and the manager told me it was Telkom's policy not to accept returns or refund. Nowhere does it show, not even on the receipt, what is the return policy and by law every shop has to give you an opportunity to return goods but he refused. This is totally unacceptable.
