POOR SERVICE FROM TELKOM OPENSERVE

I took Telkom open serve data contract forR315, I was renting at that place and i had to move a few months after taking the contract, before moving i called Openserve and i was advised to cancel, the cancelling process is a tedious one till today I have not managed to cancel but I am accumulating debt that I am not even receiving the benefit from. They are still charging me for that contract but i am not staying in that place i asked the agent who helped me to install, and he said there is no coverage at my current location. Telkom have not called me even once, but they keep on debiting amounts I don't know about, I have to reverse the amounts every time. I am helpless because this is an ongoing thing.
