Poor Service from Telkom Online Purchases.

App**** for a mobile device on the Telkom website on the 11th July 2020 and still haven't received it yet. When I call their customer care 10213 number they make you hold for 30+ minutes or don't pick up at all. Their portal for tracking orders is not working, no way to know what is happening with the order or whatsoever. I would not advice anyone to buy from Telkom online service.
