Poor service from Telkom Mobile for upgrade

Utterly disappointed with telkom mobile. I upgraded my contract and was told on 22 March that the phone was handed over to CourierIT for delivery. I never received any waybill number from them and CourierIT have no knowledge of the phone or the order. Where is the phone? When will I receive it? This is now 7 working days already
