Poor service from Telkom Mobile.

I had paid an amount for which I was in arrears for after agents failed to update their system of change date of debit order, 2 months later I'm still in arrears but the Telkom Mobile services owes me 2 months worth of installment, and when trying to communicate with them no one seems to know what's going on and when you communicate via email with the document telkom support services you just get that automated email back with reference number but no1 helps you solve the actual problem very dissapointed.
