POOR SERVICE FROM TELKOM MOBILE!!!!!

I have done an application online for a Data and wifi router with telkom mobile. Still the only thing I have heard back from them is an email saying i will be contacted to complete the order. In the meantime waiting on them for a week I have decided to not go ahead with the order and I want to cancel it. After about 20 emails and numerous calls NO ONE has contacted me back or advise me what to do. I need confirmation that the application/order is cancelled. I dont want to go ahead and take out another contract with another service provided and then Telkom decides they are going ahead with the order.

This is really by far pathetic! Not even an email of phone call to advise on approved or rejected! Just nothing, from call center agent to call center agent and still nothing.
