Poor service from Telkom maponya mall

A very poor service I've ever received, bought 2 phones on contract year before last that's in 2018 the phone was faulty and she(my lil sister)took her Samsung J6 back for exchange on the 6th day because it was within the guarantee and was turn back because she had left the proof of purchase and she called me to come with her on the 7th day and we were told that no the guarantee had fallen off and they can book it for repairs of which we fought and ended up booking it for repairs, to cut story short along the way after the device had come back same thing occurred and it was worse but she had her own ways to make it work, and she decided that nah she felt ****** because she is paying for a poor service, August last year she went to maponya to book the phone for technically problem that the phone had before and then they gave a quote for repairs which amounted to R2145 and I advised not to pay that amount money coz it will be a day light *******, and today on the 11th of January I went there with the job card and I was told to pay R189 and I asked what is for I was told because the phone went to the repair center and I refused to pay that amount because it's like they're looting from my pocket and the device wont come back fixed.
